That is why we invited our relations to the Cocoa & Chocolate Days in Koog aan de Zaan and Aalen to experience what it means to buy Royal Duyvis Wiener and F.B. Lehmann equipment.
The Choco Days at Royal Duyvis Wiener, on the 18th and 19th of October in Koog aan de Zaan were a huge success, where we welcomed about 75 guests from several countries. During the guided tour, we showed a complete Qchoc line, a real chocolate Wiener ball mill line with the latest liquid conching technology (CLC), as well as state-of-the art technology in laboratory chocolate equipment: a F.B. Lehmann laboratory 2 + 5 roll refiner.
We were pleased to receive around 150 international customers at the Cocoa & Choco Days at F.B. Lehmann in Aalen on the 14th and 15th of November. Lehmann organised an interesting program, to inform their guests about the latest developments in cocoa and chocolate. The program in Aalen included lectures about the recently developed methods in Batch Nib Roasting (see enclosed picture), powder grinding, and chocolate processing.
During the guided tour in the factory and Technology Center, guests were able to see:
- The latest technology in drum (nib) roasting, alkalizing and cooling
- State of the art cleaning and winnowing equipment
- Bean roasting and grinding equipment
- Trials showing the production of white chocolate on a 2 + % roll refiner
- Several chocolate and compound grinding lines
The goal of these Cocoa & Chocolate Days: to inform our customers about the benefits and latest developments in traditional and modern chocolate processing and cocoa bean processing, was certainly achieved!
