Accurate temperature control promotes the appropriate formation of crystals in the crystalisation process. During the tempering process your chocolate is never over exposed. The functions for melting, agitating, tempering and dosing are all controlled in the CLP, with its easy to use colour touch screen and intuitive interface. For continuous batch tempering, the Flex Line comes with an optional coupled tank with sensors for automatic feeding. The tank has a capacity of 30 pounds and pumping capacity of 150 pound/h.
